I absolutely love coffee spiked anything, remember this Nescafe cake? There’s a hint of espresso in these shots but don’t worry, if you’re not a coffee drinker it’s subtle enough for you to enjoy as well.
What you need:
Makes 16 shots
2tsp instant espresso (I just used instant Nescafe)
1 Tbsp hot water
1 package fat free, sugar free chocolate pudding with pie filling
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
1 package chocolate wafers
Whipped topping
What you need to do:
Whisk coffee and hot water in a bowl. Let it cool to room temperature
Whisk pudding with milk in a bowl
Add coffee to pudding mixture
Layer your shot glass with a tbsp of pudding, wafers, pudding again, and top with whipped topping and additional wafers.
