You can count men for anything that falls into under both fashionable and practical.  That’s why a thrifting a scarf is November’s #12MonthsofThrifting prompt. However, we’re not just talking about any scarf here, we’re talking about bold, colorful, or printed scarves. Of course, I encourage you to thrift a solid black scarf because that’s an everyday essential, but including a printed or colorful scarf in your wardrobe will elevate a simple outfit and make getting ready in the morning easy as pie. Some of my favorite scarves include plaid, hot pink, rust orange, and leopard print. I can easily throw any of these on with both casual and work outfits in place of a necklace or earrings.

Anytime I’m on the hunt for a scarf, I always check Goodwill first. This leopard print scarf was only $1 after my 20% coupon at Goodwill. This outfit featured here is my go-to travel and thrifting outfit because it’s comfy and trendy. I also wear this scarf with dresses at work. Next time you’re thrifting, look for pashmina, flannel, wool, cashmere, blanket, and even silk scarves. There are hundreds of tutorials online for creative ways to wear your scarves so be sure to check one out. Wearing your scarves a different way each time will feel like you’re wearing a brand new outfit!
