I recently found these Talbots pineapple sandals and because they are a past season style it got me thinking about how I never thought twice about wearing past season clothes, even as a kid. In fact I didn’t even know this could be considered a “faux pas” to some people until I started blogging and reselling several years ago.
Not so much true vintage, I’m talking about more recent brands at secondhand stores that were donated perhaps because they’re old news (think of a J.Crew blazer from 2015 you’re not wearing anymore, or these sandals). I’ve always been drawn to gems that speak to my personal style, regardless of their so called “expiration” dates. ?
