The Goodwill Good Style fashion show is on May 8th and I’m happy to share that I managed to put together the entire collection is just about three weeks and crossed practically everything off my Pinterest board list! This experience has proven that you can absolutely thrift shop with an idea mind (which is also the premise of our Thrift Challenge). When I was invited to participate, I knew instantly that I wanted something feminine and botanical sans the floral print, so I shopped with a color palette in mind to create a flower and plant based theme using Stevie Wonder’s Secret Life of Plants album as my inspiration. My models and music are set, all that’s left is to give away a pair of tickets to the show!
