b.lovely is an online and traveling boutique that carries some of the prettiest pieces while emphasizing the importance of confidence and originality.
I spotted the Lounging Leopard shirt in one of b.lovely’s Instagram pictures last winter around the same time I blogged about their launch, and I left a comment saying how much I loved it so owner and friend, Lyndsey, sent me one to style. I asked my readers on Facebook and Instagram to share their ideas on how they think I should wear it.
You gave me so many great suggestions! A few trends in your responses included: chunky gold jewelry, shorts, and a high bun. So, I obeyed. I paired this top with thrifted chunky jewelry, wedges I’ve had for years, bright coral lipstick, and a Chanel bag (that’s most likely fake). I spotted this bag on the Givits Facebook page and although logo bags aren’t really my thing, I thought this mini quilted bag was pretty cute. My friend happened to be shopping at Givits the day I left a comment on the picture of the bag so she bought it for me. It’s great to have thrifting ambassadors out on the field.
b.lovely isn’t just an online boutique – you can catch a b.lovely trunk show around town like I did recently at a collaboration event they hosted with New Awakenings Salon & Spa in Stow. Pampering and fashion? The perfect combination in my book. What I’m most looking forward to is the next b.lovely trunk show at the Summer Solstice Festival at Sarah’s Vineyard. You can find details at the end of this post.
Another cool and convenient thing about b.lovley is that you can shop straight from their social media sites. See something you like that was posted on their Instagram or Facebook page? Simply leave a comment indicating your interest in purchasing the item and they will take it from there! Also, forget Tupperware parties, you can book a private b.lovely trunk show at your house. They will bring their collection and as a hostess you will earn rewards based on your sales.
